Repeatable Tickets

Hi,

i'm looking for a feature or a plugin that make it possible to manage jobs. I mean with jobs following scenarios:
Some users have to do at every end of the month some jobs. For example: controlling of the ingoing invoices.
At the moment i have to set all the tickets manually from "done" to "assigned" and reversed.

Is there any other possibility to manage this kind of tickets?

Sorry I can't help but will add my support to the feature - desperately looking for the same kind of functionality. I can only think it must be difficult to implement or it would exist already?
