Can someone please point me to online text, or please clarify in a reply what sorts of uploads are intended to be handled under "Documents" versus what is intended to be handled under "Files"? I can see they are handled a little differently. It comes across to me that a Manager would normally choose one or the other. Under what circumstances would a Manager enable and use both? Thanks.
