Missing actions for notifications and default columns dislpayed on the issue list

Hi,

I made a testinstallation of redmine 0.9.2, we are currently using 0.7.3, but want to upgrade (it's all on a Win2003 Server). In my testinstallation I am missing the actions for which email notifications should be sent. The field is empty. Also I miss selections for the default columns displayed on the issue list. What's going wrong?

I'm sorry I can't post my environment(RAILS_ENV=PRODUCTION script/about), I get an error by doing so ('RAILS_ENV' is not recognized as an internal or external command...)

I found out that this problem occurs in IE6, but not in Firefox. Maybe someone can fix this, if not, it's not that problem for me.

I'm facing precisely the same situation (i.e. IE6 shows an empty box whereas FireFox displays all the actions correctly).

Does anyone have a fix for this?
