localhost:3000 is ok, but outside access problem

I have installed redmine normally, when I check my redmine site from local computer where installed redmine by localhost:3000 i get normally. But with external(http://example.com:3000) i get blank/white page. What's the problem? I'm using Centos 5 linux.

Sorry my fault. doesn't open port 3000.
