Hello, people! I'm trying to install redmine, but I get error on the step 5.

I have Hoe 2.6.0 installed.

No errors in that one.
And the rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV="production" --trace still can't find hoe.

I probably should mention that I've never worked with ruby before.

I also forgot to mention that I do this on that I do it on HostMonster.
After reading a couple of guides I managed to do everything.
Except for this line ruby script/server webrick -e production. If the guides don't lie - it's not necessary.
But as a result I see this:

 I18n::ArgumentError in Welcome#index

Showing app/views/welcome/index.rhtml where line #1 raised:

Object must be a Date, DateTime or Time object. :label_home given.
