Change the "Help" link in the application menu to a local wiki page?

Change the "Help" link in the application menu to a local wiki page?

I want to redirect my users to a local wiki page for help with the redmine system and not to redmine.org - where the would propably file their support requests ;-)
How do I change this link? Is it in DB? I think this should also be treated a feature request because it could

a) prevent unwanted support tickets/spam to the public redmine issue tracker from internal employes...
b) prevent a security leak where employes file internal support tickets to http://www.redmine.org/guide - clicking on http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/issues/new

The link is added to the menu here source:trunk/lib/redmine.rb#L145.
