Redmine

The logs don't say much other than that something is trying to call /403.shtml on the way, and I'm pretty sure that that isn't redmine. You will need to provide more information (ruby and rails versions, what rails server, …).

I think it's a misconfiguration of the webserver or the CGI part, have a look this way to see if all is configured correctly.
