adding user to project returns a 404

When I add a user to a project from .../projects/settings/p1234?tab=members, Redmine tries to jump to .../members/settings/p1234?tab=members (p1234 is the actual project name I am using), and returns a 404 as a result. Should the add button jump me to the /projects/settings view instead? Or have I missed a setting somewhere?

I am running Redmine v 0.7.2 using Instant Rails 2.0 on an WinXP machine.

sorry... I answered my own question. My browser had scripting off at the time.
