Move project from one redmine server to another

Hello.
I have one server (redmine 1.0.1, mysql 5.1.49) and second server (redmine 1.0.1, mysql 5.0.77). I need to move only one project from first server to second.
What about I'm thinking is remove all other projects on first server, do dump DB and restore it on other server, but it is complicate and ugly.
Is there a simple way to do subject?
