Help with Custom Fields

Hello.
First of all, I want you to know I'm quite newbie in Redmine.
Because my company's requirements, we defined several custom fields for projects. Now we want list, only those project having certain value in one of these Custom Fields.
When use the methods find for Project.visible, i don't know how to specify a Custom Field as Condition.
Can anyone help me???
I think you need to do it the other way round: Find the custom field/custom value you are looking for and get the associated projects.
