passenger fail

Hi all!
I been going at this for a couple of hours now and finally I've come across an error google can't help me solve. I feel like I'm really close though..
If you go to 193.108.43.214 you can see the error message I get. I don't even know where to begin.l I've never touched RoR or passenger before trying to install redmine.
The machine is running ubuntu 10.10 and apache 2.
Thanks for any help or point in the right direction..
I solved this. I had a problem with my email.yml where I had specified production twice
