Incorrect Change Password Link

Hello,

In my redmine installation website that is hosted.

There is a forgot password link.

when a user clicks on that link and enters his email address,the system accepts the email and send a link to change the password in his email.

Upon clicking the link, the page doesnt exit.I get this error

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

What do i change to resolve this?

Have a look at the log/production.log in your redmine directory to see what error causes this.
