Can attachment be added through the browser link?

If i put this link into the browser:

http://my.redmine.domain/projects/myproject/issues/new?issue[tracker_id]=1&issue[subject]=HelloWorld!&issue[description]=This is issue description

I receive the page of a new issue with tracker id = "Bug" with pre filled subject and description field.
Is there a way to add an attachment in the the same way (written right into the browser adress)?

Attachement require an HTTP POST request. So: no.

Ok. What about the ability to add attachments via mail?
