Access Redmine 1.0.3 is very slow!

Hi,
I setup redmine 1.0.0 on ubuntu 8.04 and startup. It's very very slow when I access redmine by my IP address, but it's very fast when I access it by localhost.
OS: ubuntu 8.0.4
Redmine: 1.0.3
Browser: Firefox 3.0

Hi, Iam facing problem with redmine installation please help,

When db:migrating then below error is showing

rake db:migrate

(in C:/Documents and Settings/Administrator/My Documents/Downloads/redmine-1.0.3(1)/redmine-1.0.3)
Setup: migrating ========================================================
-- create_table("attachments", {:force=>true})
rake aborted!
An error has occurred, all later migrations canceled:

undefined method `each' for #<Mysql:0x48ec9d0>
