Can't move ticket to another project

Hello all,

I am trying to move a ticket from one project to another and redmine keeps saying that it is unable to update the ticket. As a result, the ticket doesn't move.

I have also noticed that Déplacer(move) a ticket is now only available from the right click drop down menu. Is there anyway to move a ticket when you are editing it?

Make sure the tracker the issue is in also exists in the target project, or see if there is something else in the issue/source project that isn't in the target project.
