Substitution

Substitution of some values didn't work properly.
I have not any information about errors or warnings in redmine logs.
Redmine installed from FreeBSD ports, on apache2.2 with mod_passanger.

Solution:
gem install i18n -v=0.4.2

and uninstalling newer version of 'i18n'
