is there a way to query for issues dropped from a given target version?

Greetings,

I am using 1.0.4.

Is there a way to run a query to see what issues have changed their target version?

ie. I have a defect that was assigned to version December. That issue was dropped from Dec and added to Jan. I want a query to find issues that were dropped from the Dec release. And it doesn't matter if those issues were added to another target version or just removed from the Dec release.

I think that having a "was" option in the pull down for search options in the target version would do this.

If you track this kind of change with a different process I would be interested in hearing it. Maybe something as simple as adding 'DecDropped' in the update and doing a basic text search?

Once again I am trying to do this. :-(

I can not even search for the string "Target version changed from July 2011 to August 2011".

Issue #7702 would help, but that is only the activity stream.

Anyone?
