Wiki Formatting: Links

I'm trying to create a set of links at the top of the wiki page to link to sections towards the bottom of my wiki page. I've attached a text file because there's wiki code in my example and it doesn't translate well. The bottom line is that the generated links aren't working as desired; hopefully the wiki code is clear in what I am trying to do.

Your link at the top would work if you put jjprof-05 instead of jjprof-0.5 (the wiki engine mangles the header titles somewhat before making anchors of them). If you feel this is a bug, please file a bug in the tracker section.
