Problem with call_hook

It's very strange thing: the first loaded page is ok, but the others show

Showing app/views/layouts/base.rhtml where line #17 raised: 

undefined method `call_hook' for #<ActionView::Base:0xbb86db0>

Extracted source (around line #17):

I've already broken my head, trying to solve it, but nothing comes out.
