Add user as a watcher when they comment or update an Issue

Is it possible to configure redmine so that when a user updates or comments on an Issue that they are automatically added as a watcher to that Issue?

Having this option would be a great addition. We have many users that reply to issues and it would be nice to add them as watchers automatically.
