How I can use Jabber with RedMine ?

Can somebody explain how can I configure RedMine with Jabber (OpenFire) ?
I would like to send messages about changes in Project via Jabber.
Right now I can use just E-mail for that purpose.

RidMine version: BitNami 1.1.1.0

That is working with messenger plugin

It sends chat messages to memebers on a xmpp chat server (e.g. openfire). YOu can also aks the server (redmine bot) for information on tickets an also edit them via chat commands.
