Permission changes when "manager" create a subproject.

Greetings.

I just set-up redmine(1.0.5) and now deploy projects.

When the root project was built, I assinged 2 managers and they are resonsible for the creation of subprojects.

But I found some problems that when a manager creates a subproject, his/her permission in the subproject
downgrades to developer that he/she cannot manage members, create subsubprojects and so on.

I want managers has the same manager permission in the subprojects they created.

Is it possible?
