redmine backup!

Dear experts!

There are 4 databases in redmine. should I back all of these ? as below.

sorry , the 4 databases as below:

information_schema 
 bitnami_redmine    
 mysql              
 test

That seems to be a bitnami install, and if I recall correctly bitnami stacks come with a backup script, use that.
