email service doesnt work correctly

Hi,

I've got:
Windows Server 2008R2 with redmine
Windows server 2008R8 with MS Exchange

Content of mine email.yml

production:
delivery_method: :smtp
smtp_settings:
address: "s-00-ex0" # my virtal email server. Works correctly. >{Telnet s-00-ex0 25} answered. There is no Login authentication.
port: 25

On settings page I click "Send a test email" and recieve the text: "An email was sent to user@domain". Ive got this test email in my mailbox, but I have not got any other email notifications when I have made any changes in Projects and issues.

There are no errors in system events.

That means the mail system is configured correctly.

but I have not got any other email notifications when I have made any changes in Projects and issues.

Make sure your email address is correct and valid (and verify the email address of other people involved too: if a notification is sent to several users and one or more email address is invalid, no one will receive a notification), that you have configured Redmine to send emails for the events you want in the global administration, and that your settings are such that you will receive emails for events.
