How to alter the "Custom field" to unique value ?

Hi all,

I added an custom field called "My Issue ID" (path followed is Custom fields » Issues » New custom field) to my project. This is of Format "Integer".

How to make/mark this field as "Unique field" ? i.e this field needs to hold only unique values.

I Tried to do it from mysql , but didn't succeeded. Please guide me in this.
