email to field blank

I set my email to work with gmail. After I sent a test email and I did not receive it, I checked my gmail account's sent folder. The "To" field is blank.

so, anyone know why the "To:" field is blank when redmine sends emails?

Found this old issue when I was trying to figure this out so I thought I would leave this tip for the next person that finds it

Login with an admin account
Navigate to Administration -> Settings
Click on the Email notification tab
uncheck "Blind carbon copy recipients (bcc)"
