C:\Domains\nredmine>rake db:migrate (in C:/Domains/nredmine) rake aborted! undefined local variable or method `version_requirements' for #<Rails::GemDepend ency:0x4e1d970> (See full trace by running task with --trace)
This is what I get when trying to upgrade to 1.1.3, while 1.1.1 worked fine.
Here's the --trace one

Is this fixable by me somehow, or is it simply redmine failing to upgrade for unknown reasons?

Looks like: http://www.redmine.org/issues/7516#note-3

Didn't help much, upgrade failed and massive data loss so that I may have to load an backup into the database again.
I have it loading up slowly but then there's almost everything missing since it thinks it's in / and not /redmine for whatever reason. Any Idea?
