Problem when entering redmine's main page

Dear all,

Sometimes, It can not enter redmine's main page after type in redmine URL and press ENTER. Usally,it needs pressing the browser's refresh button serveral times before entering redmine correctly.

Is there any way to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

THE ERROR MESSAGE IS:

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /redmine/.

Reason: Error reading from remote server
