I'm watching issues but I don't get email notifications

I'm testing Redmine for our company and I really like it but there are 2 things that I'm really missing here
With the first one please let me know if I'm doing this wrong:
I have 3 accounts set up 2 reporters and 1 developer as reporter#1 I create an issue that is assigned to developer#1 as reported#2 I watch the issue, when developer#1 makes an comment I can get reporter#2 to get an email

All the other mails between reporter#1 and developer#1 works just fine. Please help!!!!

The second issue is that I would like to search more than one value per filed in advanced search I.E: Author is reporter#1 OR reporter#2

Any help would be highly appreciated thanks

1) have you checked that reporter2 personnal config request email?
2) open a feature request
