mysql 5.0 <-> mysql 5.1

Hello,
I try to install my redmine 0.9.x on new Ubuntu 10.04 and have the problem that only mysql 5.1 is available via apt-get.
I've tried to manually install older packages but after 10 packages I get more and more conflicts.
About one year ago the redmine docu said that you have to install mysql 5.0. It this still a condition for redmine 0.9.3?
