Header and Footer

Hey,

Which files do I need to modify if I want to add some extra text to the footer and replace the text in the header with an image file containing a logo?

Actually.. I'd also like to add a few extra links in the top menu after where it says 'Home - My page - Projects - Help'. I'd also like to know where I do that.
