Shortcut conext menu broken

Hey all,

So through adding and removing several plugins (jchat, xls eport, csv importer, redcase) i have somehow disabled the right click shortcut feature. Has anyone run into this problem before? If so, help!

To be a bit more clear.

When i right click, say an issue, the "loading" prompt will flash very quickly with no menu popup after.
