Redmine

For exampe I have a manager and two reporters in a project.
so manager add new project and a task for example for reporter1, i don't want reporter2 can delete it
But Redmine don't have function i need and i go to administration>roles >choose reporter role>ssue tracking and point at Delete issues - nothing change.
i attache photo. they can delete issues even if only view projects choose.
Help me please.
