Cannot Create New Project Under Administration

I've just recently installed this new redmine site but it seems that I can't create project under the Administration > Project > New Project. It gives me 404 error.

It seems that under the Administration > Project page, it goes to the /redmine/projects/add which doesn't exist.

But when I go to the Project > New Project it does let me create a new project. And this path leads to /redmine/projects/new

My version is 1.2.1 stable.
I've also installed the plugin Project Tree View

Hi,

My configuration is Redmine 1.2.1 + projects_tree_view 0.0.11. Administration > Projects > New Project works, it points to /projects/new.

Remove temporarily projects_tree_view and see what will happen. This plugin has many forks, look at https://github.com/mattmichielsen/projects_tree_view/network .

Open Overview tab of a project. Then you have to see New project link. This way you will create sub-project of the current project. If you don't see it, you probably have no permission to do so.
