Installation issue (Ubuntu 11)

I searched here and found some posts but none of them with a solution.

I installed redmine in Ubuntu 11 and followed lots of steps everywhere. Redmine is being pointed correctly to the folder, but when I access it at http://pro.bsides.com it only LISTS the files there without executing anything.

Could you please help me with this issue? Is there something mission?

For future reference, I found a fix for this.

Edit your /etc/apache2/mods-available/passenger.conf and put this line inside the braquet stuff:

PassengerResolveSymlinksInDocumentRoot On

Yes, my folder is a Symlink pointing to the application.
