Howto remove "roles, trackers, issues stat ..." box at configuration

I want to remove

"Roles, trackers, issue statuses and workflow have not been configured yet.
It is highly recommended to load the default configuration. You will be able to modify it once loaded."

configuration box.

Is this possible?

I have added some default data (trackers, roles, status, ...).
Seems like box disapeard. problem solved :)
