Import an older data base from Redmine 1.1.2 to a Redmine 1.2.1

Hello,

I have to import a database who come from an older version of redmine (1.1.2). My version is 1.2.1.
But when i try to import the database i have the following error when i start redmine :

I also have a similar problem when I export (mysqldump) a Redmine 1.2.0 database and import it to 1.1.2 (yes, that's right - I want to downgrade). Obviously the reason for these problems is the new field with the password salt which doesn't exist in 1.1.x and older. If someone has a solution for this, I would really appreciate it!
