Textile markup for mediawiki

Hey all, help me please...
I'm trying mediawiki recently, I wanna install textile markup plugin for it, due to my poor Internet condition, I can't download this file AlternateSyntaxParser_Extension
If anyone of you guys can download it, do please upload it here, thanks!

You're on the wrong forum, this one is for Redmine, not Mediawiki?!
