Update issue problem

Hi

I have the version 1.2.1 of redmine. Right now I have a problem when I create a subtask, but when I try to update any comment my Issue change automatically to error. Is that a bug? Anybody have the same problem to?

the problem make that automatcly changed from task to error

Looks like a possible plugin issue.
