Searching through SVN Repo
Added by Adam Estrada about 13 years ago
All,
Is there a plugin or other way that I can search through an SVN repo or repos? This would be very helpful when trying to consolidate internal code at my company.
Regards,
Adam

This is a part of Redmine - you don't need a plugin.
Projects - settings - repository.
You might need to enable it in Projects - settings - modules.

That is not what Adam is asking for. The Redmine core only searches through the changeset-comments, but not through the actual content and/or filenames of files within the repository.
Regarding the actual question: I am only aware of issue #3082. There maybe plugins out there that provide such a feature, but I don't know any out of my mind.

Thanks! You are right...I would like to search for snippets of code in my svn repo. Trac does it out of the box and I was hoping that Redmine did it as well. I know this is probably something for another thread but is this something that the Chiliproject can provide?
