Can't "create" when I used repository

I filled in all blanks，but the "create" button still gray,I could not click it.
please see the picture and help me ,thankyou!

See the comment below the SCM selector in your screenshot. The SCM command isn't available in the configured (default) path, thus Redmine won't let you create the repo with this configuration.
