New Installation

Hi
I'm new at redmine and can't install it.
I try to follow this doc: http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineInstall
I already do steps 1, 2 and 3.
But don't know how to do the other steps.
how to Generate a session store secret?
how to Create the database structure?
how to Insert default configuration data in database?
I know there say: running the following command... but where I should running the following command?

  • Operative System...?
  • dependencies (rake, rails, etc) from SO packages or gem...?
