Eclipse, Redmine and Mylyn (via redmin-mylyncon), no links and missing gravatar

Finally got a redmine installation working with an enormous subversion repository. It works really well. Next step is of course to get eclipse to work with redmine via mylyn. For the most part this works. I installed redmine-mylyncon and it works quite well.
There are some small things that bug me though.
- When I create links to revisions (like r1234), it will not turn into a link in Eclipse, also links to issues (like #45) will not work. This is with "Textile" selected under "Task Editor Settings" (also selected in redmine project).
- Even though I selected "Show person images grom gravatar.com" under "Task Editor Settings" it does not show gravatar images
Has anyone else encountered these problem and/or found a solution?
I do not want to come over as impatient, but I have to give a presentation tomorrow on how awesome Redmine is and I would really like to show them a flawless installation. Hope there's someone who can help me out.
