How to show last project on first page using a specify field

Hi,
I'm a begginer on redmine and i need some help. I want to use this wonderful system in my company, and I add a new field for projects to specify the department of our company in order to sort project by department. It works great but now, I want, when I go to the start page to see the last project for each department (one table for each department)

Could you help me ?
