How much effort would it be to implement a StarTeam SCM?

Hello,

We're using Redmine with Subversion but are forced to migrate to Borland StarTeam.
I would like to know how big effort it would be if I was to implement a new SCM myself.
Is there any file to start with?

Check out lib/redmine/scm/adapters/abstract_adapter.rb for the base class and then any of the other classes in that directory for the different implementations.
