500 Error for Code Review Plugin

Hi,
i get a problem that when i access the page of Code Review in a project, a 500 error happens. Like:

Internal error
An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your redMine administrator for assistance.

The version of redmine is 1.1.1 and i use SVN. The version of Code Review plugin is 0.4.0.
  I don't know why the problem happen. Hope for your help.

Yes, how careless i am. I unexpectedly forgot the log. But the server machine is far from my position. i must spend some time to go and see the log. whether i can solve it or not, i will post error log here.

I checked the log and i found the error. The name of the plugin is wrong. I modified it and everything is ok.
