Disable Role (sub-contractor) From Viewing Particular Issue Updates

Hi there,

We are interested in doing the following, but are unaware if the functionality is already available in the current Redmine release:

+ Maintain two roles (admin and sub-contractor)
+ Allow the administrator of an issue to disable view from sub-contractor on a per-update basis (for instance, to disable view of particular comments on an issue)

Does anyone know of this functionality existing in Redmine?
