How do I assign default role?

Hi there,

I've been searching all over, but cant seem to find the answer for a fairly simple question:

How do I assign a default role?

Ie. I would like to allow users to register etc., as Redmine already allows for, but how do I automatically assign them with some default role (ie. "Manager" or some custom "Registered" role)?

My purpose is to allow newly registered users to create a project (etc), without me having to manually assign them as "Manager".

I'd love to see that too. We'd like to use a public project as a ticketing/request system.
