Helpdesk on redmine

Good afternoon!
We have the following task. We want to custom the system using redmine ticket. We planned the following algorithm:
1. Site has the feedback form where the one can enter his/her e-mail and the text of the message. The messages from the feedback form are relocated into REDMINE and create the relevant tasks.
2. Our support service monitors the new tasks and provide replies to them.
3. When response is generated it has to be duplicated to the e-mail of the person who left the feedback.

Therefore REDMINE serves as as a ticket system.
There's a need to make it possible that when the support service replies to the tasks in the REDMINE the copy of this reply goes to the e-mail of the person who is not registered on our REDMINE.
Which solution is possible or available?

You could have a look at Planio Redmine Hosting. We provide a hosted Redmine environment which has a couple of enhancements, among others a fully-fledged CRM & Helpdesk App.

The code to our helpdesk app is not (yet) available as open source, but you can try it for free for 30 days to find out if it's suitable for you.
