Language problem: some labels are shown incorrectly in Arabic characters

We have a fresh installation and everything seems to be working ok except for some labels showing incorrectly in Arabic characters. We set it up as in Spanish as well as English. Has anyone had this problem before? (I've attached an image to show it clearer)

Although I can't recall where exactly it was, I already read something similar, perhaps even here on the forums...

I've searched a lot in the forums but all I could find was related to the whole site translation. Not this particular case. Do you have any suggestions of another way to refer to this problem?
